Problem

A property-valuation product needed prediction, trend, and similarity models implemented against its production data model.

What was built

  • Valuation models in Java 11 with Hibernate ORM over Oracle, including a Gower-distance neighbourhood model.
  • Manual testing of the implemented models.

Outcome

Shipped into a publicly operating property-valuation system.
